1. The App is Free

XSendFlow is free software. You can send unlimited emails, use any SMTP provider, and access all core features at no cost. The server add-on ($19/month or $99/year) is optional and provides tracking and server-based sending.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use XSendFlow for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or violating CAN-SPAM regulations

• Harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, or distributing malware

• Sending to purchased or harvested email lists without proper consent

• Any activity that violates your email service provider's terms

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send through XSendFlow, ensuring you have proper recipient consent, and complying with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SMTP credentials and license keys.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty. XSendFlow and its developers are not liable for any damages, data loss, account suspensions, or legal issues arising from your use of the software.

5. License Keys

License keys for the server add-on are non-transferable and tied to a single device. We reserve the right to revoke keys for violations of these terms.

6. Refunds

If the server add-on doesn't work for you within 7 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
