Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to XSendFlow are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees, whether for monthly or annual plans, under any circumstances.

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which access will not be renewed.

3. No Refunds for Non-Use

Failure to use the Service during a subscription period does not entitle you to a refund. It is your responsibility to use the Service within your subscription period.

4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

We encourage you to review our features and pricing carefully before purchasing. Dissatisfaction with the Service, change of mind, or failure to achieve desired results does not qualify for a refund.

5. No Refunds for Account Suspension

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

6. Exceptions — Payment Errors Only

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a verified technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or incorrect billing amount. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@xsendflow.com with proof of the error. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a corrective refund.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund of any amount already paid. To cancel, contact support@xsendflow.com.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized chargebacks.
